Seated in a space overlooking the facilities, you gain access to a rare selection, usually not included in the classic visit. This confidential workshop invites you to discover the most refined expression of local expertise.
Throughout the tasting, you will explore selected vintages chosen for their uniqueness and character: Pineapple Brut, rums, whisky, as well as limited editions produced in small quantities. Each tasting is accompanied by explanations to help you understand the origins, production methods, and aromatic characteristics.
