2. Object<\/h2>

These terms and conditions govern the private tourist services offered by Moorea Private Tours in French Polynesia.
Any reservation implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.<\/p>

3. Booking and payment<\/h2>

Reservations are confirmed after validation on the website.
Means of payment: Online credit card or secure link via SystemPay – Banque de Tahiti, cash on site.
Prices include VAT. VAT exempt – VAT not applicable.
No customer account is required to make a reservation.
The customer certifies that he\/she is in a physical condition compatible with the chosen activities.<\/p>

4. Cancellation and modification by the customer<\/h2>

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the event: full refund.
Less than 72 hours: no refund.
Free modification up to 72 hours before the event, subject to availability.<\/p>

5. Cancellation by the organizer<\/h2>

The guide has the sole right to decide whether to continue an activity in the event of adverse weather conditions or safety risks.
An alternative or refund will be offered.
Moorea Private Tours cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure.<\/p>

6. Physical fitness and age requirements<\/h2>

The guide reserves the right to refuse any person deemed physically unfit for safety reasons.
Partners are the sole judges of their activities.
A refund will be given in the event of refusal for safety reasons.
Activities are suitable for children from 8 years old and adults up to approximately 75 years old.<\/p>

7. Risks inherent in outdoor activities<\/h2>

Activities take place in a natural tropical environment (uneven terrain, wetlands, mountainous terrain, variable climatic conditions).
The customer acknowledges that hiking involves inherent risks (falls, slips, minor injuries).
The customer undertakes to follow safety instructions and to behave with caution.<\/p>

8. Liability<\/h2>

Professional tourist transport license.
Insured vehicle.
Pick-up free of charge.
Moorea Private Tours declines all responsibility in the event of theft.
It is recommended that customers take out personal insurance covering sporting activities.<\/p>

9. Partners<\/h2>

Partners have their own insurance policies and authorizations.
In the event of a dispute involving a partner, the responsibility lies with the partner concerned.<\/p>

10. Image rights<\/h2>

The customer authorizes the use of his or her image for promotional purposes.
The customer may exercise a right of withdrawal by written request.<\/p>
